Taq-e Zafar, also called the Victory Arch, is a monumental structure in Paghman, a district west of Kabul. It was built to commemorate Afghanistan’s independence from Britain in 1919 after the Third Anglo-Afghan War.
Babur Garden, known locally as Bagh-e Babur, is a historic terraced garden in Kabul, originally laid out in the early 16th century by Emperor Babur, the founder of the Mughal dynasty. It is one of the oldest and most important surviving gardens from the Mughal era in Afghanistan.
